Priprava recepta
Piščančji file solimo natremo z začimbami ter v ponvi opečemo z obeh strani, zalijemo z kokosovim mlekom in malo smetane. Povremo še cca 10 minut, da se omaka lepo veže.
Nasvet
K tej jedi se izvrstno poda riž z žafraniko in sveža zelenjava pečena na žaru z olivnim oljem.
