Priprava recepta
Zrezke potolcemo, osolimo in na vrocem olju opecemo. Poberemo jih ven in na preostalem olju poprazimo cebulo, da postekleni, prilijemo podmet (moka + smetana) in prevremo. V omako zlozimo zrezke in jih zdusimo do mehkega. Zrezke polozimo na kroznik, prelijemo z omako in potresemo z parmezanom.
